Our 'one spoon at a time' Card is perfect for Spoonies and followers of 'Spoon Theory' - a term used for those with chronic illnesses such as endometriosis, fibromyalgia, ME and many other conditions. A daily reminder for the chronic illness warrior to pace themselves and take each day one step at a time. An excellent alternative to a get well soon, or thinking of you card. The perfect chronic illness card to let someone know you are thinking of them at a difficult time. A motivational card to let someone know that it's ok not to be ok and to take the rest and time they need to get back on their feet.
Each card is lovingly printed & hand-finished in England onto FSC approved beautifully textured 300g card stock, and paired with a recycled brown Kraft envelope.
A standard card measures 105mm x 148mm (A6). A large card measures 148mm x 210mm (A5).
All of our products are subject to 1-2 days processing time as we hand-make our products to order.
Single cards will be posted in board-backed envelopes and will usually be delivered straight into your letterbox.
All of our packaging is sustainably sourced and is either recyclable or bio-degradable, and is always plastic-free.
