I just wanted to reach out having read your review of the ‘Would Be Wedding Day Flamingo Card’. I am so sorry to hear that your card did not arrive with your recipient in a timely manner. If you could please let me know what date the card arrived on I can raise a complaint with the our delivery partners to try to find out what caused the delay.
As you will be aware all our cards are hand made to order (there are only two of us in the business) and ordinarily we will take 1-2 working days to process an order prior to dispatch - this is detailed on all our listings. In the case of your order it was received on 16/06/2020 at 6.16pm and it was dispatched by ourselves on 17/06/2020 at 6.40pm - this is a total of 24 hours processing time. Delivery times are currently estimated to take 1-4 working days and this is detailed on all product pages and within shipping notifications sent to all customers on dispatch of their orders by ourselves. As you will no doubt be aware there continue to be some localised delays within delivery services largely due to staff sickness levels and the ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
With the above standard processing and delivery timings in mind I would have expected your card to have arrived with its recipients by the end of 24th June. As stated at the start of this message - if you can let me know the date on which the card arrived then I will be able to look into this matter further.
