Ordering For Christmas & Shipping Information

The last day for Christmas Orders will be 16th December 2022. In light of the planned strike action by CWU and the impact of this upon the delivery services customers placing late orders do so at their own discretion as we are unable to guarantee Christmas delivery.
We will be closed from 17th December until 2nd January. All outstanding orders will be fulfilled (unless we have contacted you to let you know otherwise) on our return from 2nd January.

Customers are advised to expect delays on delivery due the planned strike action within the mail service. Estimated guidelines do not provide a guarantee only a guide.
If you are ordering for Christmas, please select First Class or Royal Mail 24 delivery options, as 2nd class postage is not prioritised at this time of year and tends to be more susceptible to delays.

These dates apply to domestic orders to UK addresses ONLY, as the shipping window for international orders to arrive by Christmas has now passed.
